Content Policy & Community Guidelines

Purpose

Local Bounty Marketplace is a community platform for buying and selling homemade and homegrown goods. We aim to maintain a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all users.

Prohibited Content

Users may not post, upload, or transmit any content that:

Contains nudity, sexually explicit, or pornographic material.
Promotes hate speech, harassment, or threats of violence.
Depicts or promotes illegal activity.
Includes false or misleading claims about a product.
Violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
Contains malware or harmful code.
Offers or solicits items prohibited by law, including food or goods banned in a specific jurisdiction.

Users are responsible for researching and complying with state, county, and federal regulations when listing products. This includes restrictions such as raw milk, home-canned goods, or unlicensed food sales in states where such sales are prohibited.

Flagging and Enforcement

Users may report or flag listings that appear to violate this Policy. We review flagged content at our discretion. However, flagging a listing does not guarantee its removal. A&E Dynamics LLC is not responsible for user-generated content and is not obligated to monitor listings in real time.

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their content, listings, and behavior on the Platform. By posting, users agree that their content complies with all applicable laws. A&E Dynamics LLC assumes no liability for user actions, content, or transactions.

Policy Relationship

This Policy works in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Violations of any of these policies may result in account suspension or termination.
